Hi there my son needs boosters in his flat I got sent two out and they were faulty and they both were sent back via post office now they want me to pay for them

You kept the tracking receipt right, and used it to track delivery via the RM app?
They tried it on with me. But shut up when I provided proof of delivery.
EE Fibre 900 via SH+ with 2 Extenders, EE TV Pro & Mini boxes, 2 EE SIM's only, all originally BT.
