Hi,

I already have a broadband connection at one house, but I would like to set up another connection at a different house that we have bought. Is it possible to add a second broadband connection at a different address but linked to the original account?

Hi @Mimps

Welcome to the community.

If you are having trouble requesting this online, it would be best to speak to our broadband guides so they can have access to your current account and look at the options to add another connection at a different property.

Yes, you may have more than 1 fixed Home BB contract & they may be linked to your same EE a/c.

I believe they will have a combined bill addressed to your original addy

How would this be achieved?
