Save changes not working

In EE smart hub manager - Home / Advanced settings / Access Control.
I wish to add a new start time / End time restriction for a device. Once done I get a "changes need to be saved"
However, once the save button is clicked nothing happens...

After you selected the device & chosen times did you press the '+' on the R so the entry got moved to below the line? If not, show image of page once the Save is clicked.

Yes I did press the "+" button and the entry does get moved below the line.

I did delete 2 devices which were already listed and that seemed to have unlocked something as I managed to add a new device. It should not be number related so I doubt that this was the issue but in any case it now works...
