My phone has just decided it doesn't want to connect to the Internet. It uses the same BT HomeHub wi-fi as my laptop, which is working normally. The phone will simply not connect anymore! Any suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out here on the community.
I am sorry you are experiencing issues connecting to your Wi-Fi, have you tried connecting to any other Wi-Fi?
Could you try forgetting the Network, to do this go to settings > Wi-Fi > tap on more info/ settings toggle > tap forget this network > confirm.
Once you have done this try connecting again with the password.

Are you saying that your phone is connected to your home broadband/WiFi, but is not getting an onward connection to the internet?
