Hi 

 

We recently received the Smart Hub Pro .Im thick and cant work out how to install it . We have a Huawie router supplied by EE which connects through the wall to a mast they installed .Does the hub connect to the router or mast ? The connection from the hub is different from the one from the router to the mast . We are being charged for the router and hub at the moment which is very expensive each month . Please help !

@Bigbee2 : The box on the inner wall isn't a router but an OR Optical Network Terminal (ONT) which acts as a modem. The SH Pro is a router which connects to the LAN port of the ONT by a supplied Ethernet cable plugged into the WAN port of the router.
