SH+ Change IPV4 address difficulties

JeanPharmacien

Just had FTTP installed and its working well. Issue is that my old router used a different IP range - and all my media devices/servers are hard coded (for remote admin reasons)

I've tried to change the Gateway Router Address in the IPV4 settings  but on save then reconnecting/resetting the wifi, I cannot log back into the router on new address or old one. In fact the (unchanged) wifi password is rejected.

There seem to be no online manuals for the SH+, has anyone successfully changed the network IP range to a 192.168.xx.0/24 from default one?

I've used many more complex routers and multiple networks but not had this issue so I must be missing something

Thanks for any help/advice

On the device you are trying to connect try telling it 1st to Forget the router's network SSID & then reconnecting again & supplying the WiFi pwd afresh.
