I am curious?
Given that there appear to be supply issues that EE are having with the Smart Hub Pro, how is it that they are turning up on a certain auction site, with certain sellers having plenty to sell?

Nothing new there. Most will be from people who have already bought their own router and who want to recoup some of that cost.
There may be the odd dodgy seller, they don't last long mostly!

@Mustrum I didn't think that EE were selling them. I thought that they were only available as part of an EE contract.
Selling EE supplied equipment is generally not a good idea as they may ask for it back.

@JimM11 Does that mean if you buy a Smart Hub Pro or (EE supplied Kit) from an auction site EE can ask you to return it, as I imagine if you are using one of their units, EE will detect it and know they didn't supply it to you?

@Ewan15 As @XRaySpeX points out its not your issue if you wish to buy to cover what you need to do, there would be a possibility that because of the serial number that they could in theory disable BB to the unit, wither they do is another story. Also may be relevant on the DV side of things, unknown what is used device wise to enable the feature.
