Hi I'm trying to change my frequency to 2.4 as it's at 5 but I need the lower one to connect to my daughters Tonie box please can you help

Try on the Advanced > Wireless Settings page of the router to temporarily disable the 5 GHz WiFi band & move off the Smart channel while connecting problematic 2.4 GHz devices.

@Gypsy11 - what router/hub do you have?

If it's a Smart Hub Plus or Smart Hub Pro then an alternative would be to enable the Compatible WiFi feature and connect the Tonie device to that instead.
