Router delivery

Hi my new EE fibre plus will be activate on the 11 July. Last text message from EE was: Hi from EE, your Landline and Broadband order is on track to complete on 11/07 and your router will be on its way to you shortly. But I am getting the EE fibre plus without phone line. I had yet to get a tracking number to track the new router and there only 3 working days left this week. I am not new to EE as I got a mobile contract with them. When should I Chase this up with EE?

The router should be delivered by the day before your "go-live" date at the latest.

The router will usually be delivered in the post.

 

If it hasn't arrived by Friday, it may be worth giving us a call.

It's supposed to go live tomorrow... there is no tracking information available as you only sent it today with a two day expected delivery.   Will I be without broadband?  it's not a very auspicious start to my broadband journey with ee.

I have switched from Plusnet to Ee as I have my mobile contract with them. I have not received my router and now my broadband is off. How do I trace the delivery, as no tracking information is available?

Spoke to CS after a rather long chase round the automated system and many calls.

My router was stuck in the warehouse, and my account went live today... So no broadband until it arrives. They are sending a replacement out today, but it looks like I will be driving into the office to work. 50 miles each day until I get back online. Just need now to workout how to override my electric car charger that needs to connect to Octopus to charge my car.
