I need to cancel my order for broadband I placed on the doorstep with one of your canvassers.

@CharlieDuran1  Then you need to call customer support to do this.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I will tomorrow please give me the number I did not realise I have to pay a leaving fee from BT broadband and I am not prepared to pay this thank you

@TH1947 The details are below just click the link and select as you need. Depending on where you are at with BT then when talking to the EE Guide, you may find that the BT termination fee will be removed from getting you over to the EE side, and depending on what you have with the BT package, the equivalent EE or closest will be offered, also state off wither you keep all existing BT Equipment or the EE equivalent will be offered etc, so be prepared for the interrogation. You will be moved to EE sometime it is policy, normal is you call BT and have them take care off it all for you, but i think EE can do the same, or they will pass you over to a BT Guide to help you.
