Router Delivery

Hi 

On my account it says awaiting dispatch for my router but next to it says estimated delivery date 28th May.... and my activation date is 29th. Will I be without broadband while I have to wait for the router? Because it's obviously not gonna get here tomorrow if it hasn't been despatched yet. I'm upgrading from BT to EE.  Thanks

@ktan49 You should have zero issues, BT equipment works on the EE service. Router is probably on its way, do you really trust what the software say's and 24hr delivery is possible. And more than likely you should get the e-mail detailing serial number etc, more than likely just stuck in cyber space... And remember until you see the new router, and the postie trying to deliver it may be your not getting one.

Hi @ktan49,

Thank you for posting. I would still expect your equipment to arrive tomorrow as expected. If it doesn't arrive before the activation, post back, I'll be able to chase the delivery. As @JimM11 has said if your service gets activated before the EE equipment arrives you can continue to use your BT equipment until the new equipment is in place.

Just an update, receieved router this morning, no issues setting up. Working great.
