Everything was working OK now all of a sudden says weak WiFi then just gone to offline been same for 2days tried all suggestions went for full factory reset now when trying to reconnect gets to 95% then fails

@Gizzmo25: Older or weaker devices may not be compatible with the default WiFi settings of EE Smart Hubs. Try setting up Compatible WiFi on the router under Advanced > Wireless Settings > Config > Compatible WiFi (it defaults to 2.4 GHz only & WPA2) & connect your problematic 2.4 GHz devices to that.

@Gizzmo25 What EE Hub are you using, see the pinned post at the start off the page. Just incase you are caught currently in this one.

it as worked OK for 9 months then all of a sudden lost connection Unfortunately I am on holiday so I’ve now got no ring doorbell My daughter tried a few things but ended up deactivating the device took it to hers and it works OK on the BT router
when she then tried back at mine it try’s connect to WiFi gets to 95% complete then fails

I’m using a smart hub 6+
the second problem is that I’m not very technically savvy so when you say see the pinned post at top (don’t know what you mean ) can’t find it

@Gizzmo25 Very front and first page, top in green/blue, linked anyway for you now look Right hand side little triangle with the Pin in it!.
