Returning broadband equipment

Hi, recently accidentally sent my mobile phone  using BT prepaid postal slip. Delivery was made to Scottish distribution, I have communication the phone was delivered by Royal Mail. The prepaid postal  slip was for the return of my BT equipment/ EE.   How can I possibly contact them to send my phone back to me

Hello @Morande0 ,

Welcome to the community,

Why did you send your phone to EE? That was a stupid thing to do, I would suggest ringing customer service and speaking to them.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
