Returning BT/EE equipment

Since my move to ee, I keep getting text messages telling me that I have not returned my BT hub. I returned it months ago and have teh proof of postage. I even received a message telling me that it had been received and  I need do nothing more - but still these text messages keep coming, threatening me with a fine.

i suggest you give them a call if any of the messages have a number on them, or call the broadband care team.
