Returned kit still charged

 We change to EE broadband in November but had to have work done outside for the fibre which took awhile so ee cancelled set up and asked for the return of kit. Which we did on the 25/1/24 and today I was still charged £85 which is a lot of money to us I kept receipt as proof

I'm sorry you've had the equipment charge. The customer service guys should be able to sort that out for you. Can you give them a call on 0330 1234 150 and let me know how you get on?
