Hello,
I have returned my kit after closing my account, however I’m receiving emails that I’ll be charged £85. I have the tracking proof to show it was delivered to them, but as I’ve moved abroad I cannot call their customer service. Is there an email address or another way I can contact them to show the proof and prevent the charge?

We don't have account access here on the community but there is a number to call from an international number here.
Alternatively, if you really can't call, you can contact our complaints team through our webform, and they can look into this further for you.

Welcome to the community.
We don't have an email based team that you could contact, so it would need a call to our customer service guides so they can mark that the kit has been returned and how you can send the proof over if needed.
