I have the exact same issue. Did you ever manage to fix it? I see EE seems unbothered based on the lack of responses

@Hex93 : You can't go by that! It's not EE that would be responding here but only some of its users.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

That's a good point, fair enough, though I wish they didn't charge me to call them for help else I would do. It does seem to be a recurring issue though as I've found many posts saying the same even a year ago with no solutions.

Very unclear if the problem is even fixable.

@Hex93 You may find that the original poster will also not respond to you!

Fixed it!! Reset my router later in the day and that did the trick.
