Refund?

Hi, so basically, last Wednesday my EE bill went out via direct debit and the following day (Thursday) my broadband/TV/landline service with EE ended because I switched over to a new provider. Will I be eligible for a refund at all, seeing as I only used the service for a single day? Thanks!

@C-Rex Bill is produced 8 day's before the payment is taken, refund should be due as you always pay 1 month in advance, and you will see that from EE as an e-mail next months bill, will have, TV is separate so hopefully you dealt with that different from the Broadband/Landline....

HELLO

We're sorry to see you go. Here's your final bill. Your
account is in credit so we'll refund what we owe straight
to your bank account.

I got an email the other day from Netflix saying my membership is on hold, and to update my payment method, so I assume that means my TV package is also cancelled? I got Netflix as part of my EE TV subscription.

@C-Rex As long as you cancelled it all with EE then you can expect so, moving BB/Landline to another supplier if you did so normally does not include EE TV with the move and you do not say what you did.

Oh right. I didn't actually speak with anyone at EE personally. I guess I'd better phone them tomorrow. Thanks for the help anyway!

You don't need to speak to EE at all when you switch your BB to another ISP. The switch auto cancels your contract incl. all add-ons.
