I’m a loyal customer have been for years and never had any problems with EE until now, why have I been charged twice for something I normally pay for monthly so please can I get help and a refund

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
