Can you please tell me how I can reduce the EMF's strength on EE smart Hub Plus. I have changed it to 2.4GH only. and to wifi 5.
Should I also change the channel to 1?
What else can I do

If this is making you ill, make sure you keep away from any mobile phone. The transmissions are many times stronger.

@asrehman If you do not require any wireless comms and are using everything on ethernet wired connection, then you can turn of both the 2.4ghz and 5ghz signals on the router from the web admin.
