BT offer this facility so presumably EE could too?

They can't & they don't.
My BT phone bill lists no incoming nos.

My EE bill doesn't list incoming calls either, that was not the question.
I googled this before I posted.
where Rostellan, a "beginner" on the BT community board posted:
Hi it took me ages but I found that they hide it under:
My BT/Bills and usage/Your products/your security/ then: Your recently received calls
----
(What triggered my request was that I had wanted to know a number that called just before someone else rang - 1471 only gives the latest number to call)

My reply is in my posting earlier today (18-11-2022 11.55 am)

Thanks for posting.
Sorry this information will not show on your EE bill.
Leanne.

It's not at all where @Rostellan says it is; it's not even a valid path. In fact, the previous poster was more correct & should have been awarded the Solution.
Yes indeed, on BT landline you can see The last 20 calls you received as long as you have BT Call Protect. It is to be found in your MyBT under Your Security > Landline security > Call Protect > Manage > Your recent callers > Manage > The last 20 calls you received.
Nevertheless EE doesn't provide any form of Call Protect & therefore you cannot see any listing of received calls.

Thanks for your advice XRaySpex.
So the conclusion is that EE could supply some sort of a facility like BT do, but they don't.
Maybe they will one day. (Ideally it would just be an extension of the 1471 option!)

As I have changed my BT broadband to EE the only service I get from BT is emails. But on pressing "manage broadband" on the EE website on my laptop all I see is a message " This service isn't working right now" and am told to either visit the EE website or contact them. Also on the laptop when I try to access my recent calls it says that I do not appear to be logged in and tells me to log in again. I have had this problem since I changed to EE in April. However I am able to view recent calls on the mobile app but on pressing "Plans and Subscriptions" than Manage Call Protect I see a message "We can't load this information" then EE explain its not my fault but theirs and telling me to try again or come back when we've fixed things. WHY don't EE just admit that don't have "Call Protect"
