My experience with EE / BT so far.
Ordered Full Fibre Essentials on 17th July 2024, received various emails re confirmation of order (number 1) and of install date and also from NOW and Netflix.
Then Order marked complete.
New order raised, (number 2) then that Order marked complete due to cancellation at my request, incorrect I did not cancel.
Contacted 03301231105, to be told my order has been transfered to the new order system.
Another new order raised, (number 3) then later that Order marked complete due to cancellation at my request, yet again incorrect I did not cancel.
Another new order raised, (number 4) then later that Order marked complete due to cancellation at my request, yet again incorrect I did not cancel.
7th August, Received a text asking me to contact 03301231105 re my order, I did and they knew nothing about it but confirmed I did not have a current active order.
Went through the whole selecting package, giving my details etc and was told the new order (number 5) would progress.
Other than an invite to screen share, no emails received with order number etc.
Next day confirmation from BT of install date of 22nd August, the date I originally agreed the first time.
At the moment I cannot see any 5th order details on the order tracking screen or currently the details of the other 4 orders.
I have no idea if BT are coming on the 22nd.
I've just had a package to return EE equipment, WHICH HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED, with a threat to charge me after 60 days if I don't.
Along the way I used the complaint link and have had no response form that.
I've no idea why anyone would bother getting involved with EE.
