Reaching end of current boardband plan

Hello,

I received an email today stating my current broadband plan (standard boardband with landline) ends at the end of the month. While I am given the options to upgrade, the email also states I can chose to stay on my current plan.

If I choose to stay on my current plan, will it automatically renew from the start of next month? As the email or searching on the EE website does not make this clear.

You need to do nothing. Nothing changes except, as you will have passed your min. term, you may now leave by just giving 14 days notice. You might find your monthly subs go up a bit.

Hello @Ryan922

When you reach the end of your minimum term it will continue but you'll only have to give 30 days notice should you wish to leave.

Your plan will continue as normal normal but you don't have to agree to a new Contract unless you decide to upgrade.

Thanks for your reply @Profile closed

If I chose to remain with my current boardband plan beyond this month, will it just be a matter of receiving confirmation of my current broadband plan continuing as normal after the end of July?

Please could you clarify what you refer to by "the end of your minimum term it will continue but you'll only have to give 30 days notice should you wish to leave." Is this in relation to the minimum term of my boardband plan if I ever chose to change or leave EE as a provider?

You may continue on your current plan as-is if you do nothing, on a 14-day notice basis.

@Profile closed : It's 14 days notice for Home BB.

@XRaySpeX Ah I didn't know

@Ryan922

I mean once the minimum term is over you will be put on a Rolling Contract so you'd have to give 14 days notice as I was wrong with 30 days. That's if you decided you wanted to leave EE to move to another provider.

Thank you for clarifying @Profile closed 👍
