I cannot get customer service no matter what I try. My contract is up tomorrow. I do not have a mobile off ee just broadband. No matter what number I phone including off ee landline it keeps asking me for my mobile ee number. I think they do this deliberately to keep me in contract.

That number does not work nor any other number pass the checks once dialled. They all ask for your EE mobile number which I don't have. I only have broadband and I cannot get passed that. Its a scam. I have complained via an email that takes 24 hrs for any reply therefore making it impossible to terminate my contract by tomorrow. You have to talk to customer service to terminate. Its a big con. I have ss my messages to them as if I cannot terminate in time then I have proof I tried.
