@Zaheersonia19- : Look for your BB a/c in your online MyEE & clicking on My EE BB > Manage
Are you moving your BB to your new property & staying with EE? If so, you need to follow How do I arrange my move?
It is not advisable to cancel your DD. It doesn't terminate your contract. You will run up a debt with EE, mar your credit record & have debt collectors chasing you.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
