I’m in USA and I can’t make it receive calls.

I’m in USA and I can’t make it receive calls. I can’t call 150 and EE calls to me drop. I have no data or roaming even though it’s on my plan. I need urgent help and there is no way of getting hold of EE

SMS 150 Commands?

In various places (EE website, text of other messages) it says SMS "HELP" to 150 for a list of commands.However this doesn't work from my phone. Other commands ("UP" "BILL") get a response. So I assume EE broken or changed this?
