I’ve asked you many many times to block premium calls on my mainline phone ******.i’ve asked you block the  calls you failed to do so, but you refuse to give me any refund when it’s your mistake.you failed to do so  Early this morning I caught my friend  with mental health issues  he was  the  phone making the calls that were meant to be blocked. 0871220888888                                 my name is Ian ******. I live at the ******* I’m an old age pension and I cannot afford the Billing. I was disgusted you wouldn’t give me a refund when it’s happened twice before so can we consider only accepting in incoming calls which is a bit worrying because of my age if my mobile phone doesn’t work because the signal is so bad in my area What do you suggest

Hi @Mrspoon1

Thanks for coming to the community.

I've edited your post to remove your full name, landline number and address. Please don't post these details in the community as it available publicly for anyone to see.

If you have requested premium rate numbers to be blocked from your line, it would prevent calls to numbers starting 09, which are classed as premium rate, but non-geographic numbers starting 087 would still be available.

If you have moved to digital voice, there are some options for call barring available on our Call Barring help page, or if you prefer to speak to someone, I'd recommend calling our customer service guides, who can access your account and discuss your needs further.
