Question about Hybrid Connection

Hi, I just set up this new setup EE had given me, which is "EE Smart Hub 7 Pro" and "WiFi Extender 7 Pro".

I have to return "Connectivity Backup (which is Hybrid Connection/Smart Hybrid Connect HC10A)", "Smart Hub 6 Plus" and "WiFi Extender 6 Plus Device" back to EE.

Now I am wondering: with my new EE setup, do I need Connectivity Backup, as I know that it is a 4G network and is activated when the main hub goes down, for this setup or not at all? I am a bit concerned that EE made an error on this, as I am wondering what happens if the main Hub goes down; what do I do then? Or is it still fine without Connectivity Backup if the main Hub lose Internet connection?

Just need clarification on this: if I need to speak to EE customer service again on this error I just pick up.

Yes, you would need to have Connectivity Backup if you want some fall back when the main BB goes down. W/out it you'd have no backup which is bearable when BB just goes down occasionally for a few secs. but not if often or longer.

I would call CS & ask why you didn't get Connectivity Backup with the new router when you had it before with the old.
