Promised old Landline Number

I had a new landline and broadband fitted as I upgraded my package with EE. Since 4th April 2025 I have rang numerous times to ask when my previous old number be transferred over. But all I keep getting is false promises a month later nothing. I am absolutely devastated with the service I have received and cant believe the lies the advisors give you just to make you stay with them.

I completely understand why this would be frustrating for you. Have the Customer Support team explained what the problem is, or when the number is likely to be transferred?
