Problems with broadband

Hi is anyone else having issues connecting to broadband this morning?

 

just wondering if ee has gone down.

You have not said whereabouts you are, but no, mine is fine in East Sussex, is yours back up and running?

Have you tried rebooting your router, by unplugging it and then re plugging it again to see if that solves a problem?

BB faults are rarely area-wide but specific to your particular line.

Which EE BB plan do you have? There are various affected in diff ways.
