Problem with hybrid router ee

Hello 
I have a hybrid router ee and  i want to receive SMS .
But when i click on login too ee to receive SMS i receive error : 

This page isn’t working

api.ee.co.uk didn’t send any data.

ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

I want to receive SMS what should i do ?
I login here with VPS and i cannot login without using it !
