Quite a specifc subject but I still am struggling to find what to do although seeing online many videos giving advice on how to get your port itself from the command prompt using "netstat -a". Although that, I am confused on what figures I have to look at and put in, in the attached image below:
What exactly do I place in there? The other settings I am fine with, but its just that.

Just what are you trying to port forward? Whatever it is should tell you what of its port need forwarding.
Port forwarding is used so a remote user can access a server running on your LAN w/out you 1st soliciting them. So only incoming ports need forwarding.

I am just trying to port forward my computer so that I can create a server as you stated. Per chance, where would I find what ports I need as you stated it should tell me?
Thank you for your reply and help here 👍

It all depends on what type of server you want to create. It's not just the PC as a whole per se.
For example, you might want your PC to act as FTP Server. Then you'd install some FTP Server s/ware on it & open port 21. You see, port 21 goes with an FTP Server & so on, particular ports for specific servers.
