Poor wifi

Been getting very poor wifi of late. Is there something a little more detailed than the status checker to find out why? Post code ZE29LE

Hi @Niall9 

WiFi is from your router. Try restarting your router. 

If you think there is an issue locally then as per the status checker record an issue.

@Niall9   If you use the EE network status checker  ( HERE ) you’ll see.   But this is for cellular data not Wi-Fi.  @Northerner  Has mentioned what Wi-Fi is.    The Wi-Fi signal from your router isn’t covered by EEs network checker as it’s not EE cellular network and that’s what the network checker is for.
