I upgraded my WiFi because my security kept going off and still it doesn't work properly my front one comes on and turns off when it pleases and my back one doesn't turn on at all I've been in EE shop today and explain all this and said call 150 so I did and got no satisfaction from them. ALL I WANT IS SOMETHING TO HELP IT WORK MY SECURITY CAMERA'S He said I needed a box with a cable to boost it so it would work you are suppose to be the best broadband and I've rang and been given choose 1 or 2 which none of them have help me in any way. I rely need to talk person to person I don't understand this computer talking stuff

@Heatherbrush : Older or weaker devices may not be compatible with the default WiFi settings of EE Smart Hubs. Try setting up Compatible WiFi on the router under Advanced > Wireless Settings > Config > Compatible WiFi (it defaults to 2.4 GHz only & WPA2) & connect your problematic 2.4 GHz devices to that.

@Heatherbrush Depending on what you have from EE package wise, you can ask to have an EE Guide come and take a look for you, give advice what is needed, if it's not a FREE option for you then ask what the additional charge will be.
