Poor Network Connection

I've been using EE for a while now and about 2 months ago my connection dropped, and I was left without any WiFi for 3 weeks. Since then I've managed to regain connection but it is very bad. I will get up to 2000 ping in games and be disconnected immediately.

I've tried several ways to get in contact and I am on my last nerve. Does anyone know how to fix this? I'm connected via ethernet router and it is in mint condition.
