I've been using EE for a while now and about 2 months ago my connection dropped, and I was left without any WiFi for 3 weeks. Since then I've managed to regain connection but it is very bad. I will get up to 2000 ping in games and be disconnected immediately.
I've tried several ways to get in contact and I am on my last nerve. Does anyone know how to fix this? I'm connected via ethernet router and it is in mint condition.

what we on this customer forum, where no one has access to your account information, is to understand what service you have, what speeds or any details you had and now have and what has happened in the three weeks?

I just want to know how to fix the issue myself if there is a way to. I can't be bothered with spending half an hour waiting for a phone call just to get offered a better data plan.

@Netreyu how are you going to do that when you can't even say what the issue, what broadband plan you are on, what router you have or any other relevant information.
You have posted on the Home Broadband and Landline part of the forum, yet now you talk about being offered a better data . Home broadband has unlimited data.
