Plusnet to EE transfers not going well. Overloaded infrastructure and support.

Transferred from Plusnet to EE two weeks ago.

Broadband service was unusable for 24 to 48 hours.  Reported and was asked to wait for the service to settle down.  Two weeks later service has continual drops and freezes and only a router recycle gets the service back up and running.  This happens 3 to 4 times a day that we know of.  9.30pm every evening is the regular as clock work freeze.  Everything slows down to a snail pace....like 0.5mbps up and 0.1 down.  TV streaming buffers all the time.  A reset takes 30 to 40 minutes to get a service back up.  Router event log shows continual drops and slowness....currently reading 5Mbps down and 0.18 up.  Speed test also shows continual slowing and the ping stats are just bonkers.  Wish I'd never transferred from Plusnet.  Ho hum.

@KenMavor1960 Unless you see those figures you quote ""currently reading 5Mbps down and 0.18 up."" on the status screen for your sync speeds, then going with everything is fine EE Hub wise, my SH31B showed the drop in sync over the two week period, it took me over 3 months and 7 Engineer visit's to get OR to do the needed, once fixed NEVER had an issue again with the copper connection and NEVER changed the EE Hub nothing at all wrong with the Hub, the line was Pants....

Agreed. I think the hub is fine now but suspect it will struggle to cope with copper wire and the inevitable errors that that brings with it.

I can only hope that the fibre hanging from the poles gets connected this year.
