Phone call

Someone was due to phone my husband at 3pm today regarding tv package and business phone package. Unfortunately the business consultant failed to call. 
Not very impressed as we altered plans so we could take this call. 
Take it our business is not required

this is what we want to discuss what options there are. 
Nobody seems to want to call to discuss 

in store they could not get access to our BT account 

please can someone call tomorrow after 3pm or Tuesday 7th November before 12pm

Don’t worry we have now sorted our tv package out with another provider

Since EE taken over by BT service has certainly gone downhill which is very sad and such a shame
