Hi all, been with EE for 9 months now and use the app to manage everything.
Has anyone ever managed to pause WiFi for any devices? It's never worked for me so a complete free reign for my kids 24/7. I even tried adding certain devices to group and paused the group with no success.
I'm actually sitting here on my phone watching TV and both devices are paused in the app, totally pointless.
Any ideas really welcome.

@GaryB17 Had a quick look at your past post so is it still the same using the EE Smarthub+? and have you thrown any additional smart wireless extenders at it yet, also has your speed settled from the previous issue, been a few recent's below!

Do you have any account issues with the app, ie cannot see billing etc or does that all function correctly, where a few app issues like speed testing could/would not work, safe search could not be adjusted etc etc, but at least it seems you can add groups and switch them to pause, just the hub is not respecting it so would be going to EE CS to have a look on your account that it is all marrying together and serial number of your Router would be good to check against, think you will see that label or box maybe, certainly in the app!

Hi @JimM11 , yes its the same box, I think all previous issues are resolved, speed is good, in fact very good now.
Apart from how slow it is, I have no other issues with the app, billing is Ok, can see the hub, run speed tests and all other bits. Looking at devices as I type and it suggests my Pixel 8 Pro has been offline for an 1, I'm on it now 🙂 In fact, it says a few devices are offline when they are online.
The main issue is pausing WIFI simply doesn't work, never has. Ill see if I can contact cs, is there a lve chat or email, cant face the wait.

I had set up a schedule to pause the WiFi for the kids devices but found that didn't always work, so I would go in the hub manager and pause the WiFi for that group till the morning. But now that the hub manager is done only through the app Ive found that when I pause the group it doesn't let me say till when so I have to remember to turn it back on 🤦

@Traceyg2 Would advise you to contact EE CS and have them look at your system to see if there are any issues with the account side for your parental controls and setting's for the time scheduling!
