Hi
I use EE broadband and have the parental control on to limit my daughters access to the internet I use the schedule so that she cannot access broadband at certain times
I have added her phone and two tablets but I regularly find that she is able to use the broadband when she shouldn't be I go into the list of ungrouped devices and her iPhone appears there again and again as well as in the grouped devices It's listed as being offline for varying amount of times so I have to add it again She now has about 17 iPhone devices in the group and I still find it happening everyday!
I've no clue why or how to fix this??
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Yes, it is detailed in the link @Chris_B provided - https://support.apple.com/en-gb/108806
There are instructions there on how to configure parental controls directly on the Apple devices, even if you don't have an Apple account yourself. You would need to navigate to an area of your daughter's phone/tablet, configure a passcode (that she does not know), and then set a schedule/block certain apps etc. as required. It's going to be the most foolproof method, for sure.
I believe the EE parental controls on newer hubs are supposed to handle rotating MAC addresses, however I wonder if there's a brief period of time where they don't work after the MAC address of an Apple device has changed. This could cause a scenario where your daughter is doing something to force a new MAC address (e.g. 'forgetting' and rejoining the WiFi network), there's a period of time she can access the Internet before things 'kick in', rinse/repeat; every time adding another 'iPhone' instance to the EE App controls.
