Hello,
I've had a new install on Tuesday and up until today it's been working fine. Now the PON light is flashing green and the internet has disconnected.
has anyone had this before?

@LucasW96 Never had it, but the Pon is not linking to the exchange, have you tried the ONT powered off for 5 minutes then back on! Also one off the possible from BT Forum below.
Thanks for all the information and possible solutions . I finally managed to get the fault rectified by reaching out to Openreach directly who were amazing! They managed to rectify the issue. It appears that somehow they had got many ONT serial numbers listed for my property.
After removing them all and adding the correct one they rebuilt my profile with just the one correct ONT serial number and now is working as it should .

@LucasW96 It could be due to a number of things, but as a call to customer services will at least get the fault reported and in the queue to get fixed.
You may be unlucky and need replacement equipment, or could just be a blip at the exchange that needs fixing.
