Hi.
If I were to switch to EE for broadband, would I still be able to use my own router? Also will they provide a static IPv4/6 address?

Yes & No!
Yes, you will be able to use your own router providing it has:
In Using & Configuring a Third Party Router you'll find everything you need to set up your router incl. the BB PPPoE creds. which are now the same as BT's.
No, EE does not provide static public IPs.

Own router config not an issue, but lack of an option for static IP would be. Shame.
