Overall poor EE service

After being with BT for a lifetime we were told that we had to migrate to EE Broadband and Mobile. Whilst after a few issues with switching our mobiles all is well now, apart from trying to get billing details etc. on the app! The Broadband switch is a relatively new experience and to be honest it’s the worst thing we agreed to. We’re on the second router already and having been told that we would get better coverage in our home it hasn’t performed as yet. We spoke to Wildernet yesterday about their plans to offer broadband in our area and understand we only have to wait 6-mths before this happens, so Ee maybe a short lived experience with us unless their get their act together soon.

Which router was it you had with BT, and did you have any other products like the Complete WiFi extenders to help boost your range?
EE's Smart Hub+ should provide improved coverage, so it seems odd that you've struggled so much since switching.

@Alvinkirk With your broadband switch was it like for like from BT to EE, or was there and OR install to fttp involved? Also landline to new DV if this is used/not?
