Has any one had to wait over 2 months for a home move and being told different reasons each time you contact Plymouth EE
Was first told be EE it be all done in couple of weeks but now taking ages
Do they give this time as they don’t have to pay compensation??
any advice would help

Hi Daniel no I don’t each time I ring up I just get different stories and promise of returning phone calls also never happen
2 months do internet when they already done work at side house is unacceptable do open reach give that date so they don’t pay compensation just so tied of ee mistakes all the time I have problems with ee
