@shane59 No, have you asked around any neighbours etc that may be on the same or similar connection, possible local area as with regards to a potential fault, like a car wiped out a street cabinet, few telegraph poles got wiped out or even worse a digger dug up the road and ripped the whole cable out etc.....
Get's real hard to find out at times what/were the actual issue is!
Is it just you that has the fault that is another question.....
