An engineer came out to connect my DVD recorder and my mobile. Prior to this, the landline worked. After he left and tried to make a call, there was no dialing tone. I tried the mobile but it kept defaulting to Tesco, my previous supplier. 150 was no good on the dead landline and Tesco on the mobile kept telling me my money had run out. I am currently waiting for a text which is supposed to have solution. Have anyone else had these problems?
