Hi all,
I hope someone can help my sanity with a solution to my Broadband problem, fingers cross 🤞
I already have EE fast fibre at the house, my contract expired recently and today I spoke with EE to seek a new deal. The advisor was clearly trying very hard to assist me but was unable to find my address on the new EE system. It was suggested that my address had not been registered with OpenReach but they installed the fibre 2 years ago. I was told I should go to the Post Office and register my address with OpenReach. The Post Office staff looked at me as if I had 2 heads.
Help please.

No idea how but, no call back and the next person I spoke to upgraded us to 500mbs without issue!

@RayLynas Looks more like you where on the older legacy with EE, and because of the upgrade and expired contract time period that your new account will now be on the new EE system, maybe just teething problems with the switchover from one to the other, glad you got it sorted in the end.👍
