I've been sent a link to set up new ID for new EE BB package but it won't recognise my account.
I can't link it, I can't access new account. I've called but it's sheer madness.
I stayed with EE so everything would be easy , but I can't manage account, see bills etc
Let me know if you have a solution

I can't get an eeid for my account.
I did have a link sent to me but it didn't recognise my account number
I can't access it. Can't see my bills.
Yet emails came through my email linked to old EE broadband.
At my wits end with it

As you've seen this is a common issue but none of us users know the answer. It's a glitch in EE systems that only EE can fix.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
