Not recieved broadband rooter

I was supposed to receive my broadband rooter yesterday but got a message from royal mail saying they couldnt identity my address what can I do now?????

Did you get a tracking number for your delivery? If so could you get back in touch with Royal Mail using this?

Usually if Royal Mail are unable to deliver a package it is returned to their local sorting office and can be picked up from there
