Not Receiving Passcode

Hi. I've already got My EE App on my phone and it's got my mobile phone contracts associated with it.  I'm trying to link/add my "new" home broadband account with EE but the registered mobile for the verification is different (which should not be a problem). However, I am not receiveing the 4 digit passcode. Please help.

Get on Twitter or even quicker, use the live chat in the app, that seems to go through quickly.

Was able to change mobile to an EE mobile and now receiving passcode.

But now asking to call 150 (again) to confirm identity which I did when I phoned 150 yesterday. Agent said to wait until the following day as the system might just need 24 hours to re-set. 

So as it stands I can look at my mobile account but have no idea what is happening with the broadband.
